Over the years, I've had the privilege of helping clients navigate through stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, depression, and coping with life changes. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I strive to create a safe and supportive environment for my clients.
My approach to therapy is personalized and client-centered. I understand that each person's journey is unique, and I tailor our conversations and treatment plans to meet your specific needs. Whether you're dealing with ADHD, autism spectrum support, children's and adolescent mental/behavioral health, grief, LGBTQIA+ support, life transitions, multicultural/diversity issues, PTSD, learning disorders, spirituality, stress, trauma, anxiety, dementia, or eating disorders, I'm here to help.
I hold an MSW, EdDand am a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical. My extensive experience has equipped me with the tools and insights to support you through various challenges.
