I know that your circumstances are unique, so every step we take is tailored to you, and always with your values in mind. First, we identify your internal struggles that are causing you to experience unmanageable anxiety, have issues with your relationship, and feel powerless. Then, we will learn ways to stop the struggle with your thoughts, emotions, and urges and utilize interventions that will be most effective for you. If you engage in our together work and commit to the therapeutic process, you could be able to live life in the present moment, enjoy more of your time with family and friends and regain a sense of control in how you live your life."
