Sessions may include talking through current concerns, exploring patterns or past experiences, and building practical tools to help you feel more grounded and regulated. If trauma-focused work such as EMDR is part of our work, I’ll explain the process clearly and move at a pace that feels safe. You can expect a supportive, honest conversation with gentle guidance and occasional challenge.
