What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, I focus on understanding your history, current concerns, and what you hope to gain from therapy. From there, we work together to identify themes and patterns that may be contributing to distress. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, somatic and psychodynamic approaches. The work is tailored to you rather than following one fixed model.
