Hello! I’m Lesley-Ann Vickerie, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 15 years of experience in the social work field. My professional journey is rooted in a long history of advocacy and leadership within child welfare and community systems. I began my dedicated clinical training in 2018 and, since earning my Master of Social Work from the University of North Florida in 2020, I have focused on providing high-quality, trauma-informed telehealth care.
I work with teens, college students, and adults (ages 12–50) who are self-aware and reflective, yet feel "stuck" when trying to turn their inner insights into sustainable life changes. My practice is designed for those seeking a grounded, authentic way of moving through the world.
My Approach
Therapy with me is calm, collaborative, and grounded in real life. We slow things down so you can better understand what’s happening internally, make sense of patterns, and start moving with more clarity and intention.
I integrate CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and creative art-based tools to support both emotional understanding and practical change. Sessions are structured enough to feel supportive, but flexible enough to honor your pace and process. I believe that creative expression can often bridge the gap between "knowing" your patterns and actually "changing" them.
At the center of my work is your autonomy. We focus on helping you build tools that actually fit your life, not just our therapeutic space. My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself, more confident in your direction, and supported as you move forward at your own pace.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
