Hi there, I'm Lesley! Hi, my name is, Lesley Wotton, and I'm a Licensed Mental Health Clinician in the state of New Hampshire. My license number is, 2258. My approach I truly believe that everyone has the capacity to heal and have the life that they desire. My main therapeutic approaches are person centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Narrative Therapy. My focus I love providing perinatal and parenting support to women. I have worked with women in the midst of IVF, pregnancy loss, the postpartum period, postpartum anxiety and parenting support. My communication style I am a very collaborative therapist, meaning I listen to those who I work with and adjust according to their needs. That being said, I do have a plan for our time together, but I am flexible to change for whatever is needed at the time of the appointment. My goals for you I talk and listen to the person about the goals that they want to achieve during their time in therapy. My first session with you I provide time and space for the person to share their story with me, specifically about what brings them to therapy.
