Hi, I'm Lesli. I'm a licensed therapist and trained professopmal coach who works at the intersection of emotional healing and intentional growth. My work is grounded in evidence-based therapy practices while also drawing on the forward-focused, action-oriented tools of coaching-so you get both depth and momentum. Some clients come to me needing a safe, supportive space to process anxiety, trauma, relationships, or life transitions. Others are ready to clarify goals, strengthen confidence, and move toward meaningful change. Many want both. Together, we tailor our work to meet you exactly where you are. While I work with individuals and couples of varying ages and backgrounds, I have a lot of experience working with teen girls (15+) and young adults, I am trained multiple trauma-informed therapies, such as TF-CBT and Compassionate Inquiry. IFS and Cognitive Therapy.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
