Hello, I'm Lesli. Have you ever felt anxious, depressed, or struggled with relationships? If you're an adult experiencing any of these challenges, I could be the ideal therapist for you. My specialization includes anxiety, depression, family relationships, grief/bereavement, life transitions, medical issues/physical health, and stress. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth for those who prefer remote sessions.
My therapeutic approach is primarily cognitive-behavioral, but I believe in being eclectic to best meet my clients' needs. With years of successful experience, I find the most fulfillment in working with clients who are ready to put in the effort and knowing that I played a part in their journey towards improvement. I am supportive, empathetic, honest, and insightful, always striving to create a safe and understanding environment for my clients.
I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Rutgers University Graduate School of Social Work and am a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LICSW). Additionally, I am a Certified Family Therapist and have a Law Degree from the Massachusetts School of Law. This diverse background allows me to approach therapy with a unique perspective and a wealth of knowledge.
