What should a new client know about working with you?

I offer in person counseling as well as virtual visits!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I meet my clients where they are and I use a person-centered, humanistic approach to counseling. I prefer my clients to be collaborative where we decide on treatment goals together. My approach is to see clients weekly or bi-weekly because one or two sessions of counseling cannot really bring healing or wholeness to the issues occurring. I see clients (in person or virtual) that have Aetna. I also offer sliding scale telehealth appointments. I see clients for PTSD, complex PTSD, depression, anxiety, bi-polar, anger management, trauma, marriage issues, healing from narcissistic abuse, and many other types of conditions! we can formulate a plan to help you relieve your symptoms and experience wholeness in your life and relationships! I understand that not every counselor will be a good fit for you! There is no cost for a 10 minute consultation.
