Life has a way of surprising us with challenges we didn’t see coming. Even the most resilient among us sometimes need support finding our way forward. I bring both professional expertise and meaningful life experience to my counseling work, helping adults navigate anxiety, self-doubt, grief, and major life transitions. As a breast cancer survivor, I understand what it means to face life’s hardest moments and emerge transformed. That experience, combined with returning to school later in life to follow my passion comes with a rich understanding of life's unexpected changes.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I offer you a non-judgmental space. In this space, we practice your real life experiences so when they present themselves outside of therapy, you have the tools to handle them with confidence. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I’ll help you uncover unhelpful thought patterns, build coping tools, and move toward a calmer, more confident you. You don’t have to go through this alone. Together, we’ll create a path that honors your experience and helps you move forward with clarity and confidence.
