I have treated symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma for over 8 years. I specialize in working with family members facing relational and substance abuse challenges. With more than 12 years of experience as an adult and family specialist, I draw on my education from Jackson State University, where I earned both my Bachelor's degree and a Master's in Counseling. I use CBT and ACT therapeutic approaches to help my clients navigate treatment.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
