I am Dr. Leslie Becton, Founder and Lead Counselor/Consultant for Murrell Community Counseling Services (MCCS) LLC. MCCS provides a wide variety of mental and behavioral health counseling and consulting services, including support for anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and relationship issues, serving individuals, couples, and adolescents aged 14 and older. I hold an EdD in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University, a Master's in Applied Psychology from the University of Baltimore, a Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Saint Joseph's University, and a Bachelor's degree from Temple University. With over 17 years of experience as a doctorate-level counselor, I create a safe and judgment-free space where I introduce you to a variety of well-researched therapeutic approaches and best practices. Together, we'll craft a plan tailored specifically to your needs.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
