Leslie Cole, MSW

Psychotherapist
3603 N Hastings Way, Ste 200, Eau Claire, WI
I work with adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted from carrying more than they should. Many of those struggles include anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, perfectionism, low self-esteem, and major life transitions. Some clients are also working through childhood wounds, religious or spiritual trauma, grief, loss, or changing sense of identity. I strive to provide a supportive, collaborative, and calming space where clients can better understand themselves, heal old patterns, and move forward toward a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, religious trauma, grief, depression and life transitions. Using EMDR and other trauma-informed approaches, I help clients understand and heal the patterns keeping them stuck. My approach is warm, direct, collaborative, and focused on meaningful change. Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable. Whether you're navigating a difficult season or seeking deeper healing and self-understanding, you don't have to do it alone. Therapy can provide space to explore, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most to you.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
