Psychotherapist
OK
One of my favorite things in life is the opportunity to grow and learn through traveling! I have traveled to 15 different countries and had the privilege of living in the Middle East for two years. During my time there, I learned a great deal about the culture, made lifelong friends, and became partially fluent in the Levantine dialect of Arabic. While I am not currently able to offer sessions fully in Arabic, this is a goal I am actively working towards. I am currently a student at Fuller Theological Seminary Student Service Center, pursuing a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy. This training enriches my approach to therapy and deepens my commitment to supporting individuals and families. When I’m not traveling, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family, friends, and my Chocolate Labrador Retriever. I am a major foodie and a fan of local and international cuisine! Outside of therapy, you might find me taking my dog to the park or exploring local restaurants and shops. I am currently in-network with HealthChoice insurance. When booking, please be sure to mention this to our Admin. If I don’t accept your insurance but you would like to book a session with me, I can provide superbills and assist you with efficiently submitting them to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement upon request.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

3 Reasons People Enjoy Doing Therapy With Me: 1. I’m Non-Judgemental. I provide a safe, judgment-free space where you can show up as yourself. 2. I’m Direct and Warm. I won’t just tell you what you want to hear. And, in those tough or challenging moments, I also meet you with compassion and warmth. 3. I’m Goal & Growth Orientated Right from our first session, we focus on your goals and how we can work with you to meet them. ———- Meeting With Me is Simple: 1. Book a Complimentary Consultation. This is a quick video call to see if we are a good fit for each other and to plan when we are going to meet. 2. Have An Introductory Session. This is a one-time no commitment introductory session for us to dive deeper, make sure that we are the right fit, and to create a treatment plan to achieve your goals for therapy. 3. We Start Meeting Regularly (approximately 12 sessions). We find a time that works to schedule regular sessions, whether weekly or bi-weekly and start moving you forward. After 12 sessions or so we’ll do a treatment plan review to check in on your progress toward your treatment goals.
