My goal as a therapist is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported just as you are. I know it can be hard to open up, which is why I strive to offer a genuine, nonjudgmental environment where we can explore whatever challenges you’re facing together.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in outpatient treatment, private practice, community health, and school settings. These experiences have allowed me to support children, teens, and adults working through trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, and self-harm. No matter what brings you to therapy, I believe you deserve to be met with compassion and respect.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My style is collaborative and flexible, drawing from person-centered and solution-focused approaches. At the heart of my work is building authentic connection—I believe growth happens when you feel truly seen and supported. One of my strengths as a therapist is being able to sit with clients through difficult emotions while providing steady support and encouragement. I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you take steps toward healing, growth, and self-discovery.
