I have worked as a social worker in various settings for over 20 years. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University and am proficient in Spanish, with extensive experience in Hispanic cultural beliefs and traditions. I have supported youth and families in foster care and adoption, worked in schools, and assisted youth and adults in community-based and medical facilities. My experience includes helping clients manage stress and anxiety, cope with grief and loss, build motivation and self-esteem, and address depression. I believe you are the expert of your story and possess many strengths that will help you overcome challenges. It takes courage to seek help, and I am here to support you on that journey.
