I started in the medical field and later transitioned into mental health, where my work aligned more closely with my values and long- term vision. Throughout my career, I’ve worked across multiple settings supporting adults who experience emotional, relational, and life stressors. I describe myself as a trauma-informed therapist with a background in both mental health and substance use disorder treatment.
