What should a new client know about working with you?

On our first session it's important to me to know what brings you to therapy. I'll ask questions and answer your questions as well. It's a time to build rapport and to express your needs and concerns. As we move on we will create a plan, choose goals, check for progress and measure growth. I use Cognitive Behavioral therapy approach for the most part.
