*This provider does not accept any Medicaid or Medicare plans* I view therapy as a journey of self-reflection and discovery. This includes examining our relationships, experiences, and behaviors on a deeper level to get to the root of what is bothering you. Therapy has the power to transform almost anything in your life, and that means something different for every person. I support those experiencing a wide range of challenges, including adjusting to adulthood, navigating dating and relationships, grief and loss, aging parents, and many more. In our sessions, I emphasize the power of relationships-starting by building a collaborative, safe, non-judgmental dynamic where you can freely explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without criticism. I love reading and spending time outside-it keeps me grounded and helps me show up as my most authentic self in this powerful work. While it might feel daunting to tackle whatever brought you here, now is the best time to prioritize your well-being you deserve it, and you won't regret it. What should a new client know about working with you?

My ideal clients are men and women ages 22-31 and older of all different sexual and religious identities. Together, we will navigate young adulthood, transitioning from college to “adulting,” cultural transitions, aging parents, grief and loss, relationships, starting a family, careers, moving, self-esteem, body image, health-related concerns, infertility and infidelity.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I use a relational approach to therapy that starts with building a collaborative, trusting relationship in a comfortable, safe, non-judgmental space. Therapy is a journey of self reflection and discovery that we will embark on together. This includes examining relationships and experiences, both past and present. Our work together can help you understand your feelings, gain insight into your fears and how to move past them for greater satisfaction. I work collaboratively with my clients to identify strengths, build resilience and enable you with the ability to create positive change in your own life. I experienced a few devastating losses around when I was in college and I saw how much my family was hurting. I realized I wanted to be able to help during their hardest times. I now bring this to my sessions, as I have experienced how therapy helped me through hard times and has helped me become more self-aware and connected to myself, my feelings, and the world around me.
