Psychotherapist

Your preteen or teenager seems to be having endless mood swings, struggling with anxiety and depressive symptoms, and you no longer recognize the child you knew so well. You aren't sure what to do anymore or how to help. Perhaps you, as an adult, feel overwhelmed and lost in navigating past trauma, hurting relationships, or finding your purpose. Mental health is a challenge across the lifespan, and I am here to help! I believe that through play, insatiable curiosity, self-awareness, and creativity, you can thrive instead of just survive in this life-regardless of your age or circumstances. I have worked with various mental health concerns, including behavior issues, self-esteem struggles, identity development, divorce adjustment, depression, anxiety, and more. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Texas, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support you on your journey. Outside of counseling, I find joy in gardening, playing video games on my PC, collecting all kinds of rocks, watching cartoons (you're never too old!), and visiting community markets on the weekends. Ultimately, my goal as a therapist is to help clients leave feeling more trusting of themselves than when they arrived!
