I am EMDR-trained and have specialized experience in working with early addiction recovery and management, 12 step, PTSD, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During our first session, we will discuss your goals and review your reasons for seeking therapy, including creating a rough outline of your treatment plan. The next sessions will focus on addressing identified areas. Adding EMDR to your talk therapy sessions (or vice versa) may be recommended based on your individual needs and goals.
