Getting to know Liane Brust

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, complex trauma, relationship stress, and persistent self-criticism or shame. Many come feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, or emotionally exhausted despite high functioning. They’re seeking deeper change that helps them feel more at home in themselves and more free to show up as their authentic selves. I offer an integrative, relational approach grounded in person-centered, psychodynamic, and strengths-based therapies to help clients understand patterns, regulate emotions, strengthen boundaries, and build self-trust. Together we create a space for insight and change.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I help you soften the places where you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or hard on yourself. We explore the deeper roots of anxiety, shame, and relationship patterns while also building steady, practical ways to feel more grounded, connected, and self-trusting. My approach is warm, attuned, and focused on meaningful change that feels both gentle and lasting.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

If you’re feeling stuck in old patterns, overwhelmed by anxiety, or weighed down by self-criticism, you don’t have to work through it alone. There’s a way to feel more grounded, connected, and at ease in yourself. When you’re ready, I’d be honored to support you in that process.
