I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with adults, young adults, and adolescents who are ready to go deeper — beyond surface-level coping skills — and truly explore who they are, where they come from, and how their past continues to show up in their present lives. My work is grounded in social justice, authenticity, and transformation. I am especially passionate about supporting athletes, BIPOC individuals, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community who may feel unseen, misunderstood, or pressured to perform, carry strength, or survive without support. As a former Division II athlete with experience working alongside Division I and Division III programs, I understand the mental, emotional, and identity-based challenges that come with athletics — including performance pressure, burnout, injury, transitions, and the struggle to separate self-worth from achievement. At the same time, my work extends far beyond sport. I help clients unpack trauma, anxiety, depression, identity concerns, chronic pain, substance use, and the long-term impact of living in systems that were not built with them in mind. Therapy with me is not about quick fixes. It’s about meaningful, lasting change.
