I can help you get to the bottom of why you are anxious and guide you through steps to relieve your anxiety. It can change your life and help you do the things you’ve always wanted to do. I also help relieve people with eating disorders. I have several years of experience working with the elderly. I am empathetic and compassionate. I will listen to you and help you work through your issues. My specialty is working with the elderly, eating disorders, anxiety treatment, and Telehealth. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Barry University. I am looking forward to hearing from you. Please let me help you.

I am non-judgemental I am empathetic, and I like to work to help my clients seek solutions to their problems. Things are not as bad as they seem. There's always a solution.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I don't have any preconceived notions of processes. I like to start where the client is and proceed from there.
