I specialize in working with children (ages 6+), preteens, teens, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, family stress, and life transitions. I also have a deep passion for supporting individuals and families in the Chinese and Asian American community. As a first-generation Asian American, I understand firsthand the weight of cultural expectations, intergenerational family dynamics, immigration experiences, and the tension between honoring your roots and finding your own identity.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is collaborative and personalized to each client's unique needs and strengths. I incorporate play, art, sandtray, CBT, and talk therapy to help clients express emotions, develop healthy coping skills, process difficult experiences, and build confidence. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, respected, and actively involved in their healing journey.
