Sometimes, life gets a bit overwhelming and we lose sight of our path. Occasionally, our path becomes clouded with anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, eating disorders, trauma, and more. While walking our path through life, therapy can provide a nonjudgmental space to vent, problem-solve, and seek coping tools. I would like to be that person for you. We will work together to set attainable goals and learn coping skills to help us on our journey through life. My approach I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands. I utilize a combination of Trauma-Informed Care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, among others. I assist a wide range of ages, from young adults to older adults. The main emphasis is finding solutions to better regulate emotions, language, belief systems, and perceptions of life challenges. My focus I typically work with clients seeking support around trauma, self-esteem, and relationship dynamics. Many are navigating the impacts of codependency, perfectionism, and family trauma. My approach is grounded in mindfulness therapy and trauma-informed care, helping clients develop greater self-awareness, heal from past wounds, and cultivate healthier, more balanced ways of relating to themselves and others. My communication style I strive to create a calm, inviting, and nonjudgmental environment for my clients. Sessions feel like a safe space where you can be open and vulnerable without fear of criticism. The focus is on building trust and offering support, allowing clients to explore their thoughts and emotions at their own pace, all while feeling truly heard and understood.
