Hello! I am Lilly. In today's fast-paced society, do you feel overwhelmed? Anxious? At a loss with motivation? Haunted by past trauma? I work to empower you to overcome these burdens and find a healthy balance for your physical and mental well-being, all through healthy discussion and evidence-based techniques. I work within your level of comfort and seek to help you get from where you are now to where you want to be. Seeking therapy is putting yourself first; you deserve a space to heal and grow. In our sessions, you will find a safe and non-judgmental space with a therapist who listens directly to you and what you are feeling and experiencing. I will meet you with compassion and work with you to get to the root of your struggles. I am a licensed clinical social worker, certified as a clinical trauma professional, and hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. I look forward to working with you!

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
