Hello and welcome to my page! Starting therapy can feel uncomfortable and scary, but I am here to help you begin that journey. My passion is helping individuals become the best version of themselves. I believe in holistic healing and work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, life changes, and life challenges to live a happier, healthier life. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Saint Joseph. My approach is strength-based and solution-focused, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques. I view our work together as a collaboration and strive to create a warm and caring space for that to happen. Together, we will identify your goals, find solutions, and learn coping strategies to help you overcome the challenges you are facing.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Sadly not a good experience. She would ask a question, then before I could respond, she’d continue speaking, so I couldn’t get full thoughts across to her. She talked too much & didn’t listen enough.
