What should a new client know about working with you?

Some of my favorite approaches include... Client-centered and trauma-informed Acceptance and commitment therapy Internal family systems Existential/meaning-making Creative therapy How I help... Life can throw challenges our way, and I believe we can learn to sail these waves with the right tools. I am here to help walk alongside you to live an authentic life with purpose. I want you to feel respected, safe and connected in our session. Authenticity is essential to me and I will bring that to each session. Together we will work on strategies that allow you to address the root causes of your difficulties and build meaningful connections.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe... Healing is holistic; incorporating the mind, body, and spirit is essential People are meaning-making beings The quality of relationships affects the quality of our life Genuine respect is the foundation of a strong relationship ‍ What it's like in session with me The start of any therapeutic relationship starts with building trust and respect. Building rapport is the first step in the therapy journey. Having clients feel safe, supported and heard is my top priority. I bring in individualized interventions and add them to your therapy toolbox. I help individuals determine what they have in control of their life, what is out of their power, and how to work with both.
