What should a new client know about working with you?

You are worthy of support and flourishing change and growth is possible. Lily’s therapy is informed by her belief that every person has eternal value and worth and was made to flourish in community.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Lily is willing to work with clients with any presenting issues. Her clients learn skills early on so they have more tools to produce stabilizing change. However, because Lily's approach is more holistic and she seeks to explore underlying emotional-relational issues that drive current problems, it is realistic to expect that lasting growth will occur more slowly, but steadily throughout your time
