Our work begins with an initial consultation and assessment session, where we review your history, current concerns, and goals for therapy. Together, we identify priorities and outline a treatment plan tailored to your needs.
Ongoing sessions typically focus on:

For PPO plans, I typically submit claims directly to your insurance. You are responsible for any co-pays, co-insurance, or deductible amounts required by your plan.
If I am considered out-of-network for your insurance, I can provide a detailed superbill upon request so you may seek reimbursement directly from your carrier.
I also offer private pay options and a limited number of sliding-scale appointments based on financial need. Payment is collected at the time of service.
