She also enjoys using various forms of art such as writing, coloring, drawing, painting, etc., while working with clients. Working on one’s mental health can be difficult and exhausting. However with support and grace, one can work through the various life challenges that they face. Lina is a huge proponent of meeting the client where they are at, but also challenging clients when they need a little push. She values therapy environments that are safe, respectful, non-judgmental, and inviting. Mental health is a lifelong process, but she hopes to help you through this season of your life!
