Hello. I am a licensed professional therapist located in Wilmington, NC. I have lived here for nearly 30 years. I have been providing out patient and teletherapy since moving here from Boston, MA. I work with families, children, adolescents, adults, and couples. I am experienced treating people with depression , anxiety, school issues, relationship issues, difficult family dynamics including couples problems and parenting issues. I provide a warm and non threatening approach. We work together as a team to address areas of concern. I will help people identify and build on their strengths to improve their lives.
