I have experience in counseling with children, adolescents and adults/ couples and families. I was a foster parent for 15 plus years. I understand those challenges on a daily basis within families, raisng children and relationships. I have been married for over 50 years and not without challenges. I have specialized in working with adults, couples, teens and children anf their family concerns. My approach uses a cobination of Cognive Behavioral. Person Centered and Solution Focused therapy. I am mainly at this time using telehealth. I believe in helping those achieve a balance of the mind, body, and spirit. I can assist you as we explore the solutions related to your current challenge.
