Getting to know Linda England

I have worked with military veterans since 2016, many of who experienced combat in Iraq and Afghanistan. I have worked with civilian clients all of my career who have experienced interpersonal and other trauma including discrimination, social marginalization, anxiety, and depression. I am trained in EMDR and Exposure therapies, but found that these methods are not appropriate or wanted by many clients. In those cases, a combination of Talk Therapy, Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, Strength-based, and Solution-focused therapy seems to be most effective.

For veterans, the VA covers all fees. For commercial insurance clients, you may have a copay which you are responsible for. For couple clients, I only provide in-person sessions and do not bill insurance for this service. I charge $200/session which clients are responsible for at the time of the visit. I will provide invoices, statements, and superbills upon request.
