Linda Jarels, LPC

Psychotherapist
SC
Hi, my name is Linda Jarels. I have a MS in Clinical Psycholgy and a BS in behavioral psychology. I started my career working with adolescents and went on to manage a start-up adult inpatient unit. From there I became involved in crisis management via Risk Management while maintaining a private practice that included psychological testing and teaching on the community college level. I returned to practice full time in 2015. A bit about my approach to therapy After many years of experience my approach is best described as eclectic - including cognitive behavioral as well as client centered approaches. I strive to have a good rapport with my patients and to help them learn new approaches to improve their well being. What you can expect from our first session My clients tell me they feel better about themselves and better equipped to deal with stressors of life from the everyday to more traumatic events.
