What should a new client know about working with you?

Hi! my name is Linda Tiga, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over five years of experience supporting individuals impacted by chronic illness, where uncertainty is part of daily life. In addition, I also help clients navigate life transitions and manage challenges related to anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, and others. I believe each of us is born with purpose and the potential for a fulfilling life. Still, there are times when things feel overwhelming; when life feels hopeless, heavy, or uncertain. If you’ve ever felt that way, you’re not alone. It can seem like everyone else has found their path, while you’re still trying to figure things out.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach is compassionate and collaborative. I use a strengths-based, person-centered lens, honoring you as the expert in your own life. I also bring a sense of humor; because life is already serious enough. Together, we’ll explore what works for you, how to face challenges with resilience, and how to create space for joy in your everyday life. Together, we’ll explore your authentic self, build purpose, and find joy- even while facing life’s challenges. I’ll help you develop coping strategies that feel realistic and effective for you. Tools that reflect your values, strengths, and needs.
