Getting to know Linda Mckayle
Dr. Linda McKayle graduated from St. Thomas University, Miami, Florida, with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling. She later pursued her Doctoral Degree at Argosy University and transferred to the International University for Graduate Studies, where she successfully obtained her Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD) with a major in Behavioral Science.
Dr. McKayle has worked in a number of mental health agencies as well as the Dade County Public School System as a counselor for children with severe emotional disabilities and other behavioral disorders in the middle and high school departments. She later worked as a treatment counselor with the Broward Sheriff Department in the in-custody Drug Treatment Program and subsequently in the Drug Court Outpatient Treatment Program. Dr. McKayle also provides supervision for mental health interns as a qualified state supervisor for the State of Florida.
She is a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA) and the Association for Addiction Professionals (NAADAC). Dr. McKayle is dedicated to working with individuals facing emotional problems and substance abuse by utilizing positive interventions designed to address the needs of the client and promote successful adjustment to life.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
