I hold a Master's in Social Work from the State University of New York, Buffalo, and earned my Bachelor's degree from Nazareth University.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with individuals who may be struggling with anxiety, depression and self-esteem issues. I particularly like to work with those experiencing anxiety and depression disorders related to pregnancy, prenatal & postpartum issues. It is important to have a open minded and collaborative relationship between client and therapist.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I use several different types of therapies strength-based, motivational interviewing, solution focused therapy and person centered approach to assist clients on their therapy journey.
