Through a natural health and wellness perspective, Linda offers a holistic, client centered and solution focused approach to life’s stressors including EMDR, life coaching, stress management, cognitive-behavioral modification, mindfulness and relaxation, and college and career counseling. Linda's goal is to create a therapeutic alliance that will foster positive change and growth within her clients as they adapt to life's stressors in an ever changing world. Having experienced loss and trauma in her own personal life, Linda can help you learn effective techniques for coping and moving past these situations in ways that will promote healing and wellbeing. In addition to counseling, Linda has owned LP Equine Massage and Bodywork and has been providing therapeutic bodywork to horses for over 20 years. Linda is also a licensed massage therapist and spent many years in the medical massage field prior to pursuing her counseling degree. She is an advocate for animals and has rescued and rehabilitated many cats, dogs, horses, and other animals over the years through her holistic approaches. She also enjoys riding and attending competitions with her horses and hopes to be able to partner with them to offer equine assisted psychotherapy in the future.
