She enjoys teaching her clients about different techniques they could utilize that would assist them in identifying and changing difficult thoughts, feelings and behaviors. When Linda is not working she enjoys, walking and hiking with her two doodle dogs, Hazel and Harley, spending time with her family, reading and swimming. She strongly believes in maintaining healthy self care activities and encourages her clients to develop and implement their own. Linda is committed to participating in as many trainings and certificate programs as she can while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

After you request your appointment, you will be sent an invite link for Brightside Health. You will need to enter your insurance and payment information to confirm your appointment.During your initial consultation we will craft a treatment plan personalized to your needs, and schedule follow-up appointments as needed. You will also be able message me directly at anytime via the messaging section of your Brightside Health portal - a tool where will also track your progress, access resources, and see your treatment plan details.*Please note: If you are looking for ADHD care, I do not prescribe controlled medications like Adderall or Ritalin. However, we can support you with therapy and other medications commonly used in ADHD treatment, such as Strattera and Intuniv.*
