I am licensed in Texas with over 28 years of professional experience, primarily serving the military and now veterans, especially in helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, and abuse. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Syracuse University. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps toward change. I am here to support and empower you on that journey. Together, we can create a plan that sets you up for success as you embark on your healing process. I have worked with each branch of the military over the years and have many years of experience in the fields of domestic violence and sexual assault. Most of my experience is with adults.

What should a new client know about working with you?

The 1st session will consist of introductions. We'll also discuss what you're looking for and other information that is on your intake form. Additionally, we'll discuss treatment plans and your treatment goals (what you want to get out of therapy).

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
