What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach to working with you is to be affirming, very compassionate and supportive. As a therapist, my goal is to walk the journey with you, provide genuine guidance and growth from my professional knowledge and experience.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During the initial meeting, my focus is placed on understanding the truths, the struggles, and validating the client's feelings. The next step is to mutually decide on what specific goals to work on. Following establishing goals, we begin diving into the issues and working on how to regain a healthy sense of power and control over the client's life. The final phase is to consider if the client feels like they've accomplished everything he/she can. If so, it’s time to consider leaving. To achieve a sense of closure, this is the time to reflect on everything the client has accomplished.
