I am an LCSW in New Jersey in good standing. I have 20 years experience in clinical social work. My works spans areas for adults dealing with job stress, family tension, and/or marital friction. In addiction I offer help with developing self-esteem, anger issues, strengthening boundaries, understanding, insight, and trauma. I am also an LCADC in New Jersey in good standing with 7 years working with adults struggling with alcohol and substance use. I have worked with adults caught in the cycle of addiction developing coping skills, a personalized relapse prevention plan, positive changes in healthy, sober choices, maintaining sobriety and linkages to in-network programs, providers and community resources. I encourage clients to explore Christian/faith-based perspectives and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to promote development of understanding and insight.
