Linda Skale, LCSW

Linda Skale, LCSW

Psychotherapist
CA
With over thirty years of experience, I have learned a key guiding principle to help my clients… People face tremendous challenges. From trauma, depression, anxiety, and substance overuse, to struggles with life issues such as employment, illness, and caring for children and elderly parents, we all need help from time to time. I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Southern California. My experience as a senior therapist, program director for a mental health clinic, and past oral examiner for the California State Board of Behavioral Sciences guides me in helping people work through life's challenges. I use a supportive and nurturing approach as we explore current problems as well as underlying issues that impact your situation. And as for my key guiding principle… “There is always hope that things can improve.” I encourage my clients to hang on to that hope as they put one foot in front of the other toward finding solutions. I encourage you to find a therapist you feel comfortable with and give the process a chance. Evening and weekend appointments are available.
