As a collaborative partner in their journey, I'm committed to fostering personal growth, emotional well-being, and lasting change through counseling. Although my style is primarily grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person Centered, I draw on a range of approaches to meet each person's needs.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

As we begin working together, my priority is to create a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and supported. My role is to support and guide you every step of the way, fostering a trusting relationship built on respect and empathy. In our sessions, we’ll take time to explore what’s bringing you into treatment and to gain a clearer understanding of your experiences. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan to help you move forward in a way that feels empowering—so you can regain a sense of control over your life and shape the future you want.
