My name is Lindelly Rajo I am here to provide support and empower you to to live your life to the fullest. I am an experienced bilingual bicultural licensed clinical social worker. I am fluent in both English and Spanish. I have diverse experience working with women and children in various settings. I am skilled in crisis intervention; intimate partner violence; sexual trauma; depression; grief; anxiety; PTSD; and recovery from trauma. Some of the modalities I incorporate include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT); Motivational Interviewing (MI); Strengths-Based Practice while using a solution focused approach.
