Lindsay Boettger, LPCC

Psychotherapist
MN
Hello, I'm Lindsay Boettger, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with a Master's in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University Cities. I have been practicing for twelve years in various roles, including therapy, clinical supervision, and as a Director. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship, and my first goal is helping you feel comfortable and supported. I provide individual and family therapy. My approach Although I typically view your concerns through a developmental lens, I tailor my approach to you and your unique needs. I am comfortable offering a variety of interventions, including attachment and relational-focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mind-body connection and stress reduction techniques, trauma-focused and trauma-informed approaches, play therapy, narrative therapy, expressive arts, and more. I am fully trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP). My focus I see clients from birth through adulthood. My experience and interests include trauma, family systems, substance abuse and co-dependency, anxiety, depression, neurodevelopmental concerns such as ADHD and Autism, and life phase transitions. I have extensive experience supporting children and their families. My communication style I believe therapy is a collaborative relationship, and I aim to understand your motivations and needs. I offer a soft yet direct approach and utilize reflective feedback. My journey to mental healthcare I have known since I was twelve years old that I wanted to be a therapist. This was often discussed and joked about during graduate school, where many students shared stories of being ?mediators? and ?helpers? in their families and among friends. This field has always felt like a natural fit for me. My goals for you I believe it is important that you determine your goals.
