My experience spans inpatient, outpatient, and forensic settings, equipping me to address mental health issues across a range of severity levels. Throughout therapy, we will use a collaborative approach to empower you to be proactive with your mental health treatment and functioning. I don’t believe therapy is a “one size fits all” process, so with my integrative approach, we will make decisions together regarding the treatment plan that best fits you. I earned my PsyD in Mental Health Counseling from Alliant International University, which has prepared me to apply a wide range of therapy and assessment tools. My practice focuses on mood disorders, psychosis, trauma, relationship issues, substance abuse, personality issues, personal struggles, learning disorders, cognitive and developmental issues, Autism, neuropsychological concerns, health integration, forensic issues, and consulting. Keep in mind these are your sessions, so the goal is to help you feel better not only after the session but on a long-term basis. During sessions, we will be working forward to help implement tools that can manage mental health on a long-term basis.
