What should a new client know about working with you?

I love working with teens and adults who are trying to figure out who they are, problem solve, emotionally regulate, build self-esteem, communicate better, manage anxiety, manage mood, process grief, learn how to manage stress, and learn healthy coping skills. I use a person centered approach to therapy to meet my client’s unique needs. I also believe in breaking generational curses.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe that everyone is deserving of healing and of living their best life. If you like the idea of being able to process feelings, but also learn practical skills to help cope with stress between sessions so you see results, I think we could be a great match. Please feel free to reach out and see if we are a good fit. Best wishes to you in your journey.
